Remarks

Location of college is good and the environment is pleasent. It's located on peripheral of Avadi. The most important factor is transportation facilities are good enough so you can reach college easily by local bus or auto depending on your need.

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes it's up dated after every NAAC inspection and currently it's holding "A"certificate so it's more than enough to say that curriculum is well maintained. Moreover it's having international courses so you can learn foriegn language in your curriculum itself.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

Amazon, Infosys,Wipro and many more and the seniors are placed with a nice package of 6 lakh per annum.

Its preety good. Science fest is there Yash is there. The frequency of event will be like twice a year so you have fair chance to participate and win morever Vel Tech follows all the traditional festival like onam,pongal so you can enjoy them in your college itself.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the southern indian most famous chemical company is there in our circle and other chemicals companies are there. other then this reason I like the chemistry subject and exciting to learn. In our chemistry department teacher give good preparation for the semester exams. My point of view the exams are easy to write excepting only few subjects.

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

Brutally Honest College Review

Placement Experience:

The placement process begins from the third year i.e. the fifth and sixth sem. But be warned the placement is pure dabba. The companies that visited are goldman sachs, pick your trail, venture lts, greenbay, taj, audible, TCS, etc. the package varies from 3.4 LPA to 12 LPA. These are just peanut money btw. The college says there's 100% placements ( joke of the century) but in reality only 70% gets placed. I plan to do MBA from a different college.
