Remarks

Got this college based on my diploma marks through dte process. The good thing about college is it is big. Have good infrastructure. But their are many bad things to mention such as1) Very high fees and compared to that their is no good facilities for students.2) Have a very good lawn for sport activities but they do not allow to use it inspite of charging for those in fees.3) Placements is poor. Few Companies do come but package is very less and not proper profile is offered.4) Office staff do not coordinate with students. 5) Students have to fight for their rights and services.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is good but curriculum is very old, not updated at all, not with requirements of industrial standards. Not much industrial exposure provided. Facilities are good with their teaching. Style of assessment is not at all satisfying and not worth. No practical exposure provided.

Placement Experience

2

Around 10 companies do visit every year. Their is Ishrae event which is a job fair limited to 2-3 colleges including my college for mechanical, Electrical students.( Approx 20 companies visit for this job fair) Small and startup companies visit a lot. Package offered is low approx 2 LPA. Profiles which are offered by companies are not satisfying for students. Most students get placed off campus. Placement process includes aptitude tests and technical tests(for few companies), group discussions (for few companies), HR and Technical interview. Placement officers work hard to bring more companies in college for placements but mostly small companies do visit. Once a candidate is selected in 1 firm, He or she is then debarred from further placements by college placement cell.

College Events

3.5

Campus Life is good. Every year a Tantra-Gyan event is organised by students which is national level technical project competition. Their are Cultural and Technical fests organised every year. Their is not much support and exposure provided for participating in sports to students.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, students with backward class and minorities can avail for government scholarships. All University and government scholarships can be availed by students but here again students have to struggle a lot due to college management terms and also the scholarship amount is availed very late to students in their bank account.

Campus Life

Infrastructure was good. Their is big lawn but students are not allowed to play inspite of heavy fees charged included in that. Their is no wifi facility. Library is good and big but students are restricted with only 2 books to issue which causes issues for students during exams. Also books are very limited due to which all students can't avail library facility. Equipments in lab are also very limited. All students cannot perform individual experiments because of non availability of required number of equipments.

Clara's College of Commerce, Bachelor of Management Studies [BMS]
Reviewed on Sep 10, 2026(Enrolled 2024)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chooses this curriculum as I am intrested to do law. Many of students and other peoples praises the college as "Best College of Law" in Marathwada region. To be honest. Really it is best college. Which gives us best curriculum during our academic year. The curriculum of college teaches me how to become a good lawyer. The arguing skills etc. There should be no suggestions from my side just to imrove the course curriculum as it is overall good. The timings and scheduled are fixed by college and university. Generally the exam is in two shifts 10:00 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.00pm.
