Syed Umraz Aqib's Review On M.S. Ramaiah University Of Applied Sciences - [MSRUAS], Bangalore

It's a new university started in 2013 however they have good experience in the field so they have to improve and compete the rest of the institutions. Parking has to be constructed well. Concludingly the college has to improve a lot.

I wrote PGCET to enter into MBA as I had aspire to learn management. I was also working at Tesco before I could join MBA i quit it all for MBA.

It's a modular system of education where we get to study one subject for a month and then examination. I have selected human resource as my elective which yet to start.

Abb and GE are few companies that has selected our seniors. As we are still in our 1st year so we have just heard it from our senior. Few companies are giving a stipend of 8000.

As we are still in our first year and being the followers of pilot batch. However we have heard company such as abb and GE have come for place and few other industries located in peenya and packages were 250000-500000.

Till now we have had one cultural fest at suvarna college where our college had won first place for paper fashion show. Secondly we have had one sports day in which we have won first place in tug of war.

The fee structure is feasible as its a government quota fee. 50000 for government and 40000 is college fee for first year and additional fees of 4000 for uniforms.

Our college has a lot of scholarship programmes for pg courses. However for MBA we have applied for government of Karnataka directorate of minorities. They have also have scholarship for Ph.d courses.

Extra curricular activities need to improve a lot as there is no management club and cultural club in the college and sports teams and practices are carried out. However it's an anti ragging campus.

College food and mess is always pathetic. As per my friend who are staying in hostel they have reviewed it as good food in hostel. However college canteen pricing was cheap but the food quality wasnt upto the mark.

Seniors are always noisy and they don't socialize much. However few of them are really friendly and guide us very well and make us aware of various hidden tactics in presentations.

In our modular system of education we are thought theory on morning and noon session were all labs session practicing the same theory thought in morning. It was not dat hectic as lab classes are fun and we get to learn a lot.

Faculty is not that great as many of them don't have good communication skills. One of the faculty doesn't concentrate on curriculum he used to share his experience in the market.
