Remarks

I chose this college, because I knew that this is going to be perfect for me, I went with my gut. I realized with time that this college gave me phases, that's what the Institution does to you. Makes you want to learn. Want you to grow.

Course Curriculum Overview

PG diploma in Computer application is a relevant & vast course for those who either want to brushbuo their IT knowledge or want experience in IT as an educational. The college & teachers serve the very purpose too.

Course Fees: INR 25000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement cell is one of the most active cells here. My course is a PG course so it's anyways relevant for placement. Companies like wipro & Microsoft are the recruiters here, and from my class 30 percent were recruited based on their skill & gpa.

College Events

There are many departments in my college, history, science, arts etc. Each event receives participation from notbless than 7 colleges. The major event Tathastu saw a participation from over 25 teams state wise.

Fees and Financial Aid

Their are scholarship facilities in our college. It's for the students who are needy like SC, ST & OBC. My college provides fee consessions to them and the required counselling too, for their overall growth.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is really good according to the fees. This college has the best IT labs, I didn't have any problem while my practicals. The Leauture theatres wer also decent. The canteen ,playground & auditorium are highlights of the college.

An inside information about the college aspirants think of, BITS Goa

Placement Experience:

The student is eligible for campus placement since 7th semester. The companies that visit the campus are Google, Samsung, Meta, Apple, Nvidia, IBM, Mercedes Benz and many more. The percentage of placement is around 84%. My plan after getting the degree is higher studies

BITS Pilani, Goa Campus- A road to an interesting life.

Placement Experience:

Students can start sitting in placements from the start of 4th year , when the Placement Division starts bringing companies to the campus. The average package for CS is around 20-26 LPA, for Electrical branches it's around 18-24 LPA and for Mechanical and Chemical it is around 13-16 LPA. These figures would've changed though from the last time I saw. Around 85-90% of the students get placed usually. Top notch companies like Google, Microsoft , DE Shaw, Arcesium Cohesity Rubrick recruit students every year for the tech roles and other prominent companies like Flipkart, Sprinkle, Intuiut and Coin Switch come for managerial roles as well. There is even a chance of getting a PPO through Summer Internship Program which kikstarts in the 3rd year where students compete to get internship in these top companies. Overall , BITS Goa has impeccable placement statistics

Bits Goa good or not

Placement Experience:

There is a dept for placements. 70 to 80 percent people get placed woth average package of 20 lakhs per annum. Mostly ot depends on interviews and how good internship you get in 3rd year. Cg plays a very imp role too.

The curriculum is cbme based this meets the international standards and students can attampt usmle aslo. The course give u exposure to real world scenarios. The course is good as it is. The exams take place every semester and end of the year finals. Moderately difficult to clear.

Bits goa brief review

Placement Experience:

The placements are very good because we have two compulsory internships called practice school to make us industry ready after the second year summer for 2 months and one semester in the 4th or 5th year placements start since 7th semester itself were most get offers in PPO thright the internships. 248 companies visited along with 631 students placed the average is 2083000 and median is 1650000. 76 percent of students got placed highest was 80lpa. I plan to get a job
