Course Curriculum Overview
The course duration is two years were we are told about the concepts of banking & finance management, banking law etc so as to provide communication skills and professional knowledge in this course. A solid base is maintained in the field of insurance & banking to make it easier for the students to acquire the managerial and leadership role in both the finance/banking sectors.
Placement Experience
Companies such as ICICI bank, HDFC bank, HCL, Accenture, Barclays etc visited our college campus during my time and offered packages up to 11 lpa. Roles such as research assistant, product manager, banking officer, deputy officer etc were offered to students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees of the course for one year is 5,525 and the total fees for two years comes down to 9,875. The second year fees is 4350.The fees structure is very nominal as compared to the other colleges and the facilities offered by the college are also amazing.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are provided to widows of soldiers and a certain amount of fee concession is given to single parents. The students belonging to reserved category whose annual family income is less than 2 lpa are also given scholarship.
Campus Life
Students participate in inter college tournaments which is organised by the Mumbai University in games such as football, table tennis, chess, carom board, football, cycling etc. Activities such as blood donation camps, tree plantation programs, distributing free food to poor people, awareness programs about HIV/AIDS etc are conducted at our college.
Admission
The students need to obtain at least 50% marks in class 12th as well as in undergraduate program. You can apply for the application via online mode and fill the details related to the application form. Pay the fees and a merit list will be prepared by the college website. My name appeared in the first merit list and I was granted admission in the college.
Faculty
Teachers explain concepts such as strategic management, commercial bank management, Direct and indirect taxes, foreign exchange, modern banking theory/laws & practice, managerial finance etc.Doubts are solved by teachers very easily and the students comprehend the subjects according to their understanding.
