The MD graduates send their 3 years doing intensive research in their area of specialty and can later go on to apply to government or private sectors in the field of research, or apply as Senior Residents in hospitals.

The Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences College conduct's various sport's events and cultural events. Aura is the flagship event of our college which is held at the inter collegiate level and many college are invited to participate.

The fees structure of Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences College is quite extravagant and high priced. The fee per annum for the MD course is priced at ?34.5 L which is extremely costly for the students.
