Course Curriculum Overview

The courses here are explicit. It is quite tough but very interesting. One has to do a lot of research work here and this indeed gives you a lot of knowledge. The exam times are very hectic as there is large portion to be covered.

Placement Experience

3

The placements are okay. Not everyone can have a chance to get a good job with a good pat through college placements. But the college itself is highly reputed that finding a job is not that much of a difficult tast. You can get good jobs outside once you try for it.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is very feasible. The knowledge you acquire after joining the institute is just immense. The faculty and their support is just priceless. You can't even imagine to get all the wonderful facilities at such a normal price.

Campus Life

Sports are also a part of curriculum here. They are for stress relief. There are many competitions held in the college. There are even faculty-student sports competitions held every year. There is no discrimination shown in any aspect of the college. The labs here are also great with all sorts of modern equipment.

Admission

The admission is based on the merit and also the marks obtained in the admission test. After graduating from B.Tech, I filled an online application form for ISI. Dates for the entrance test were released and accordingly I gave the test. Based on the scores, I was shortlisted and later on I was called for an interview round. After testing my knowledge and performance, I was got selected. The branch will be decided based on your performance.

Faculty

5

Undoubtedly, the faculty is just amazing and beyond words. All of them are so highly experienced and qualified and possess immense and thorough knowledge in their own particular subjects. Most of them are graduated from the most reputed universities across the world.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since it is open learning university..they couldn't give us time.. because the class also got started 1 month before exam...and teachers had to finish...the syllabus. But they don't really care about us. And syllabus I think is okay .. in Commerce. It is updated.

Reviewed on Aug 16, 2024(Enrolled 2022)

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is done in the 3rd year. The highest PPO given is 24,00,000 to auditing and taxation departments. Average package is about ?15,00,000 to ?18,00,000. Companies like Eay, KPMG and more visit our college for placement. Most students under the commerce department get offered internships. Other than this, the placement cell also actively keeps sending internship opportunities for students to enhance their profiles. I am an English honours student l, thus there is no placement option for me directly unless I take up options from the P-Cell. I have already interned at EY India, Gurgaon, as a forensics and risk management specialist( throigh personal referral). My knowledge (attained from DCAC) of research, report and article writing were used adequately.

Placement Experience:

There was no such provision of jobs or fixed placements however there was a placement cell which was quite active and hence there were opportunities for placements by contacting the cell and placement fairs were also organised that were open for all, but not many opportunities were given. The companies that took candidates were economic times, TOI etc paying a very basic fresher stipend of 10-15k. Very few students actually got to know about these placement drives hence the placements weren't great also not many companies came on campus.
