Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is easy and interesting. The diploma helps us in gaining specialisation in a short span of time. The curriculum has both theory and practical portion. We have to appear for final exams as well as for internals.
Placement Experience
The placements provided by our college are up to the mark. Every year more than 50 per cent of the students ger job through campus recruitments. The top companies which come to hire the students from our college are dominos, the Leela, the panache, Oberoi group, emirates, mainland china etc. The highest salary package offered is around3 lakhs per annum. The lowest salary package offered is around 1.5 lakhs per annum.
College Events
Extracurricular activities organised by our college give the students a chance to showcase their creativity. Themed lunches are organised by the students where decorations, lunch and dresses of the students are in tune with the theme. There are 3 different clubs which organise other activities. The sports club organises the annual sports day. The cultural club holds singing, dancing and acting competitions. The helping hands is a social service club which organises blood donation camps and other community service programs.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is affordable. Since our college is a government institution, the fee charges are minimal. The fee for this diploma course is around 45,000 rupees for the entire duration of one and a half years.
Campus Life
Our college provides decent infrastructure facilities. There are food production labs, F&B service labs, room division labs. There are well-equipped computer labs as well where students can download the study material. There is also a basic training kitchen where knowledge about basic cookery is given to the students. There are facilities for indoor and outdoor sports as well.
Hostel Facilities
There is a provision of residential accommodation for the outstation students. There are separate hostels for men and women. All the basic amenities are provided by the college at an affordable price. There is a reading room where students can read in their free time. Internet facility is also available in the hostel.
Admission
The admission for the diploma course is granted on the basis of merit achieved in class 12. The procedure is fair and simple. The application form has to be filled online. The application process starts soon after the declaration of boards result.
Faculty
The college faculty is dedicated and disciplined. Rarely the classes are cancelled. They reach the college on time. They work with great diligence. They teach us both practical and theory. The teachers of our college are true gems.
