Course Curriculum Overview

The overall course is very challenging and competo as well and if you have a passion for it, it's definitely worth it. B.Des: For candidates to the UG Design programmes, the selection process comprises a written examination comprising of a Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT), followed by a Situation Test to be undertaken by shortlisted candidates of the written examination.

Placement Experience

The placements and job opportunities are quite good. All the high and known brands and companies visit the college for their recruitment process. We are given the freedom to work or intern in any area of our interest in the fashion industry which is what I appreciate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is quite expensive in the college since, it requires 3 lakhs of money for completing a year of college. Apart from that we require money for the assignments and fabrics, so it is quite expensive when we complete the journey

Campus Life

College is all about extracurricular activities and almost all the festivals are celebrated with lots of enthusiasm and zest. There are various competitions happening regularly and there are two tests named converge and spectrum that happen annually.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors are amazing and very helpful. What I believe is that you'll learn more from the seniors than you'll learn in college as they've been through everything and have more experience. Our seniors never fail to help you no matter what cause they understand.

Admission

Admisison was through an entrance exam and then cut off was released and the selected candidates went to the next round which was a situation test and then an interactive session with the judges. This was the process of counselling and admisison.

Faculty

The faculty is very knowledgeable and knows their subjects really well. They not only teach you but also are available whenever you need them. Moreover they suggest us different sources from where we can gather information rather than just limiting the students to their information.

Placement Experience:

6th Semester Students Become Eligible for Campus Placements Companies which comes in university - Amazon,Google , Microsoft,IBM, Adobe,Qualcomm etc they made offers from 10 LPA to 1 CR or more Highest Package was 54.75 LPA with international package 1.7 Cr Average Package 8LPA Percentage of students getting placed were more that 90% My plan after degree is to get a decent Package from a reputed company and get settled

A good campus.

amazing college life with full of fun and enjoyment

I choose b Pharmacy cause i want to learn about the medicine I take also it helps me in better understanding how the chemicals work as we take medicine and also some other chemical properties improvement should be done in the case of more Pratical work as it should give us more and more pratical work rather then theory part . Time of the exams was good as proper days were given to prepare and difficulty level was normal not that hard any one can pass if they study properly

The infrastructure of our college is good. It has a good building. There are many spacious classrooms. The library is air-conditioned with photocopy facility. The computer lab is air-conditioned, which can accommodate 60-65 students at a time. There are weaving Lab with handlooms, pattern making lab and sewing labs for students. There is a spacious auditorium and also a multimedia room. The college also has a tuck shop, where students can get stationery and stuff related to college work. The application form provided by the college can be obtained from any of NIIFT centres but they are also provided online on their official website. NIIFT select students on the basis of the entrance exam followed by interview and situation tests.so, it's not easy to get in this Institute you have to be very creative and talented.
