Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery [MBBS]

I learn much from the academics of the college as the way to impart knowledge of the faculties was much convenient to understand. Also, the institute tried to provide much possible assistance to every student at the campus.

The most lengthy course was for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery so I gave much time to it for completing the syllabus before the exams. An institute level internal exam was taken by the college and then after there were final exams for every particular subject. Also, there were journals and submission at the labs.

The Hassan Institute of Medical Science itself provided internship after the final year students after the exams for mandatory one year. However, the job prospects were in abundance for the students at reputed hospitals, organizations, and also testing laboratories. Some even opted for higher education.

We had a ceremonial celebration, cultural events, blood donation camps, and free check-ups for the rural areas. However, the students also celebrated regional festivals and core related camps at the institute itself where much participation was seen.

For the MBBS curriculum of five years, the fees can be said reasonably as 67,000 was the payment to be done as per students' convenience but during the timeline noted by the admission department. For the rest of the period, the amount was 65,500 every year.

The institute organizes quiz competitions activity for the student of the college and also the participation was seen from the students from other colleges. Also, we had a library where I like to read in peace but I read mostly the curriculum-related books and apart from it, there were freshers and ceremonial parties.

Here the admission was given based on the NEET UG scores and the marks scored by the candidate in the higher secondary Education. Also, I followed the offline procedure where I gave my profile for evaluation along with the NEET scores and was able to get the admission seat confirmation.

The faculty were from separate departments based on the subjects we had in our curriculum. We had detailed lectures and discussions in the classroom as well as the labs so I have almost every day as a hectic day to manage.
