Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was in accordance with the medical council of India. The course was set by a team of highly experienced professors who tried to cover all the important topics which are required in the current scenario. The course was full of practicals.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities are fairly good. We have internship opportunities also. The average stipend of these internships was around 5000 rupees. After the completion of the internship, many students get jobs in the same hospitals as permanent doctors.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee charged is high as compared to other colleges. The fee for a year is around 3,00,000 rupees for a year which is quite high for everyone. The hostel charges have to be paid separately. Though the fee charged is quite high the facilities are quite good.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship is provided to meritorious students. Students can apply for scholarships at the beginning of the academic year. There is a scholarship where students from economically weaker sections are given fee concessions. There is a merit cum means scholarship which is given to the deserving candidates.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of our college is satisfactory but there is a scope for improvement. There are multiple labs for practicals with adequate equipment. There are a library and auditorium where events are organised.
Admission
The admission procedure is not very complicated. For the postgraduate course, it was required to clear the NEET exam with at least 50 percentile and to have an MBBS degree from an approved college. After that, I had to fill an application form and was called for counselling.
Faculty
The college faculty was highly experienced and dedicated. They were very knowledgeable. They had the experience of more than 20 years. They had sound knowledge of real-life situations arising in professional life.
