I wish I had understood that and handled it with more grace. Feel your feelings and know that it will be easier one day, once youﾒve found the right people. but all together it was great experience learnt a lot of things.
Entrance Preview
I took NET to get into PhD. And i secured good marks and as i have good academic records that's why i got a chance of getting admission over here.
Course Curriculum Overview
It's a long tough process. But of-course very interesting. I get to do lot of research works. I get to learn many new things which are very innovative.
Internships Opportunities
Internships enable you to gain experience in careers that you may be considering for your post-graduate plans. Your internship experience may present new career interests and pathways or may direct you in the completely opposite direction from which you originally planned. They offer a stipend of atleast 18000/per month.
Placement Experience
They place candidates to high repute MNCs. As this is a central govt undertaken body so it has got lot of resources to place students to some renowned companies with good packages. They place candidates to companies like IBM, TCS, CTS, PwC etc. As a fresher they offer atleast 3lacs p.a
College Events
College fest, Freshers welcome, Re-Union party. I do take part in sports and dance as well. I take part in technical fests and various national and international conferences.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible. As our college is undertaken by central govt. so fee is very minimal. Compared to private colleges they charge a minimum amount of fee and sometime they do offer scholarships to the deserving candidates.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yeah college do help in getting loans. And of-course college provides scholarships to the deserving students.
Campus Life
Hostel parties are fun filled. I do take part in tech-fests as well. There is no racism or culture division like things.college organizes different kind of workshops, tech-fests, conferences etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is good enough. Food cost is minimal but food quality is not that good enough. Hostel cooks maids all are good. Rooms are perfectly fine.
Alumni/Alumna
Yeah seniors are very helpful. I didn't feel like you need to be best friends with the people in your hall because of your proximity. Be selective about those who get to spend time with you. So I had selective senior friends with them i have good rapport.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is tough but well organized. They dnt allow students to go outside very frequently. Guards are very good and helpful.
Faculty
They are good co-operative and very knowledgeable. I have learned that, although I am a good teacher, I am a much better student, and I was blessed to learn valuable lessons from my students on a daily basis. They taught me the importance of teaching to a student - and not to a test.
