Course Curriculum Overview
In this program each course will have 3 credits each and it will be off semester wise. In semester 1 the subjects the student has to study hour comparative public law, law and Justice in a globalising world, research method in legal writing, elective 1 then in second semester there are two subjects elective 2 electives 3.
Placement Experience
There is placement and training cell in the college premises which mainly focuses upon the activities related to internships and placements of the students. The college provides internship under the lawyers, law firms, judges etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a one year program and the fees for it is rupees 110000. This is bifurcated in four parts like tuition fees that is 33,000 rupees, admission fees that 3,000 rupees, exam fees that is 15,000 rupees and other fees that is 59000 rupees.
Fees and Financial Aid
University provides 25% off relaxation in tuition fees to the students who are domicile in Maharashtra. There are scholarship offered by department of Social justice and assistance, Government of Maharashtra to the students who are belongs to the reserved category.
Campus Life
The event celebrated in the college ja one day workshop on law relating to women teachers training course in commercial law, certificate course in cyber law for young professionals, workshop for young lawyers, 70th Independence Day celebration, first Foundation Day celebration, orientation day etc.
Admission
University offers 3 specialisation in this postgraduate course that is corporate and commercial law, constitutional and administrative law , criminal and security law and to take admission in any of these the student has to clear the CLAT entrance examination.
