Remarks

The college has been able to draw good returns from its alumni network making it easier for the current students to tap the opportunities out there. The college gives its students good exposure and makes them dream big and aspire for higher aims.

Entrance Preview

I took the entrance exam conducted by the college department (Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law). First, there's a written examination consisting of Quantitative Aptitude, Basic Science, English, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation and Essay Writing. After this, there is a GD/PI session for the qualified candidates. The score of the selected students is not declared. Only the list of selected students is put up and they are offered admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum consists of various law subjects along with moot court activities. The students have to study almost all basic law subjects. Also, the students are required to take up an elective subject in a different department to gain inter-disciplinary knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

The TnP cell works very efficiently to get the internhips for the students in several MNCs, law firms nd under advocates. The stipend varies between recruiters. Generally, the stipend offered is around 15-30 thousand per month.

Placement Experience

4.5

The department has had a good track record for placements. The key recruiters being several leading MNCs and law firms of the country. The average package offered is around 8-14 lacs per annum

College Events

5

The department has had a good track record for placements. The key recruiters being several leading MNCs and law firms of the country. The average package offered is around 8-14 lacs per annum.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for the college is neither too high nor too low. It costs around Rs. 1,50,000 per year. Also, the amenities provided are up to the mark. Hence, it can be said that the college fee is not very high.

Fees and Financial Aid

Several of the leading banks of the nation provide education loans for the college easily at affordable interest rates. I would recommend State Bank of India for the same as it provides for efficient and easy processing.

Campus Life

5

The college has a very active extar-curricular life. The are various sports like Basketball, football, cricket, squash, swimming, hockey, athletics, volleyball which also have high amount of competition. Also, there are inter-hostel and Inter-IIT events wherein students compete.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostel provided to the students is very well maintained. All the LLB students are provided single rooms with common bathrooms. The mess food is surely an negative point for the college. But that varies from contractor to contractor and is tried to be maintained.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of the college is very stable and provides for good support to the college and the students. They play a key role in providing for the internships and placements. The college also organizes alumni meets on regular intervals

Exam Structure

The level of the examination and its structure is kept pretty high. The teachers expect reasoned and informed answers which are relevant to the current happenings around the world.

4.5

The faculty consists of well-qualified professors who have several accolades in there names like Full-Bright and Max Planck Scholars. Many professors have also published books in their respective subjects which are considered to be respectable works in their fields. The faculty stresses in regular attendance of their classes.

Well there's a downside to every thing as well as a good side to it. The good side is that even if there is load number of students present in the class that teachers will not refuse to take the class but instead suggest in taking the class even if there are less students capacity. On the other hand the downside of the RSS Law College is that the infrastructure is not adequate for students the roads which connect to the college under constructed the college is an open ground and it is located in urban area.
