Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum at Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth is very good and it covers a large amount of subjects. Exams are always conducted on time, and the college is pretty strict, 75% attendance is mandatory.

Placement Experience

There is a placement cell in the college campus itself and it is really good. They provide placements in nationalized banks, NGO's, Private Agricultural Firms, Agricultural Industries, Government organizations etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth is quite affordable when compared to other engineering colleges around the area since it is a public institution. The fees for BTech is Rs. 18,880 including miscellaneous fees.

Campus Life

The college has several different activities in the campus. They have several contests and competitions such as debate, essay writing, poetry and so on. The National Service Scheme(NSS) and the National Cadet Corps(NCC) are also active.

Faculty

The professors are all really good. They are all brilliant educators with several years of experience in teaching. They are all well qualified with Ph.D.'s and M.Tech's etc. and are always willing to listen.

Placement Experience:

Plans after getting the degree is to build a career in corporate law. Many corporate firms like Bajaj Capital, Bajaj Auto and others come to recruit students. Placements still I feel are less compared to SLS Pune as we are compared to that and here we lose badly.

Placement Experience:

The campus does give a good number of internship and placement opportunities, definitely there's always scope for improvement. A lot of students also end up applying outside the college to get a headstart on the placement season.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

The Best College Campus

Remarks:

Yes, there is no specific place where we get to know that whether the college is open or not on a specific day like the day which has been declared closed by the government. The college doesn’t provide this facility for us. We have to move all towards our home to the college to get this thing.
