Course Curriculum Overview
The MSW course curriculum includes various subjects like Community Organization, Social Action, Field Work, Social Work Research, Social Policy, Social Legislation, Rural Community Engagement, Counseling, Project Management and others.
Placement Experience
The fieldwork is a mandatory part of the course curriculum. Apart from that, the college organizes orientation visits for the students in corporate, governmental and voluntary organizations. Also, students are taken to rural camps, study tours and after the completion of the course, they are provided with placements.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The entire fee of one year is Rs. 12,788 only. The tuition fee is Rs. 5263 per year. This is completely affordable as it includes all the fieldworks, study tours and rural camps conducted by the college.
Campus Life
There is a huge list of extracurricular activities that take place in the college. Fests, seminars, workshops, cultural events are organized all round the year. Frequent study tours and rural camps also take place for the MSW students.
Admission
To sit for the entrance examination which is held at the campus, one has to secure minimum 45% in the undergraduate level. After applying online, the students would be given a particular date. On that day, entrance exam would take place for all the students. After the entrance exam, the college would upload a merit list with the names of the selected candidates.
Faculty
The faculty is extremely qualified and provides guidance to the students throughout the course. They help out the students whenever it is necessary, and conducts various practical course works to provide proper training to each one of them.
