Appreciable college

The Course Curriculum is just amazing in the college. It is well maintained and followed by both staffs and students in the college. There are many programs in Under Graduate such as B.com and B.A. The exam structure here is same as every other college

If you are taking medha Classes then internship are given every year on the basis of your interest like-hotel management /marketing etc. I have done internship of 1 month of hotel management in hotel levana suites. As you know this college is not providing such professional courses that you get campus placement but yeah on the basis of internship you can get job as trainee or paid job. There is no such average salary like things here but it must b above 20 k per month its an average.

This is government college so fees are low then other private colleges i,e 22000 per year for B. Com. *There are several scholarship like to those whose attendance is above 75% and to those whose family income is below 1 lacs and also who score highest marks in college. *30% in class.

SC/ST/OBC/General/Minority Scholarship given by the Government for those students whose parents' income is below 1 lakh. National Scholarship granted to those students who secure 60% and above in their Board Exam. Scholarship from U.P student?s welfare fund, Government of U.P. to those students who secured 55% and above marks in their Board Examination and whose parents income is below 1 lakh. The college grants scholarship from the 'Poor Boys Funds' to those students who are good in studies but are financially weak, by way of fee or purchase of books.

There are many extracurricular activities provided by the college. The management provides these activities for students to get some time of relief apart from their regular studies. Main festival of AGDC is Nazran-e-avadh in which all kind of sports, cultural events, entertainment activities and all functions are super joyful and that festival us of 7 days.

The college maintains an alumni network, which runs with limited number of senior students. The college organizes many lectures to the students in the college. These lectures are given by the alumnae people about their experience in the college and their present career growth. All these lectures are found to be very inspiring to the students.

The admission process in this College is through offline registration or online registration. Students who are able to do online are also benefited through this. Application forms are available online in the college website, by which a candidate willing to join the institution may download the form fill in the details and then submit it to the college with the required documents needed. After reviewing of the form, they will be called for the next admission process.

Classes were regular the teachers were helpful as well but the number of students who actually attend the classes is very less. The college operates in two batches the first batch begins at around 8 am and the second at around 10 am. This batch system is only for B.com though. The overall experience in the college was just about average. One more thing that I would like to mention is there is a lot of favouritism in the college mostly the students who are a member of the college council are given preference in any event and that is a big downfall.
