Remarks

My college is affiliated to kanavati university and UID is a design college providing specializations. IT also Offer M.design. The allover experience is really very good the infrastructure placements opportunities education system everything is satisfactory The environment is safe.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is well structured and focused on research. There are various practical activities conducted as a part of the course curriculum. Such as workshops for practical experiences. The course is of 4 years having total of 8 semistars.

Placement Experience

We do have a placement cell in our college and the college do provide internships opportunities for the students. Placements cells help us to suggest various companies in which we can apply. There are connections with various industries of my college which help for job opportunities to the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is quite expensive. The total four years of fees is Rs. 18 lakh. However not everyone can bear that much of expenses. But as per the fees the Facilities and education are also very good here in my college.

Campus Life

There are various extracurricular activities as well as workshops conducted here in my college for fast learning of students. There is sports grounds as well so various sports events are also conducted for students health and development. Everyone is treated equally and friendly no matter what's the gender or religion.

Admission

My admission here was after my 10+2 qualification. Any stream is eligible for the admission in Bachelor of Design [B.Des] (Fashion Design) I filled an application online for the admission. Offline application filling are also available. The final admission is based on two rounds first is an entrance exam- Design aptitude test, after clearing the first round its followed by the second round is- portfolio examination.

Faculty

The faculty is well qualified as well as experienced. They are full of enthusiasm and are very motivating and helpful. There only goal for us is to make us practically up to the mark with our work. The total ratio of the faculty in my college is 450 They are more than just there impressive degrees.

Supportive faculty with good infrastructure

Placement Experience:

After 3rd semester in MBA students became eligible for the campus placements. In BBA the students became eligible after the 5th sem. Companies such as kotak bank, Yes bank, motilaloswal, Niva Bhupa, polycab, L&T, and adani. Highest package is 12 lakhs and average package 3.5 lakh 95 Percent students get placed. Doing job as per my specialisation.

Average placement but good learning environment

Placement Experience:

Placement are average and it offer to students by 3rd semester. the average package is 350000 , minimum package is 300000 and highest package is 1200000. around 70% of students are get job in my department.

I have heard that the incampus pacement offers are around 5-10 lakhs approx ...and as of no campus placement is offered....I am doing 3d for almost 4 years now ..i started using blender when i was in 11th and became quite good at it .i have gained a lot of software knowledge ..now i myself would decline any offer from the college placement ...i am sure i would get better opportunities offcampus ..freelancing would also be a good option

Incredible place of my life for learning

Placement Experience:

In the fifth semester, students are eligible for campus placement at many reputable companies like sun pharma, zydus, Piramal, and Cadila. package about 300000 to 500000 and about 70% of students are getting placement. my planes after degree further after study.

There are 3 stage process of admission. First it is written test. Once we get selected from 1st stage then come situation test and interview. I applied to ISDI,MIT ADT,Pearl Acadeamy,Rubika,MIT ujjain other than UID....and also got the offer letter from all trhe institutes ...but why i chose UID over all was the thought that UID is more heard of than the rest of them and it is also away from home ,,,it is just because of the awesome marketing of the college...Even my institue where I went to prepare for NID were promoting UID ...at that time i thought it is a really reputed college ...but at the end its all business...Read More

Really helpful

The admission process was quite easy, you just needed to give one entrance there were some passing marks which are different for every year. Once you pass the entrance exam they call you for the interview round on the date you select. You need to show your portfolio (whatever good work you have). Then they announce the result via your registered mail. Other than this admissions forms are announced on their official site. It's mostly in the month of December. Best design college which helped me grow into a successful professional

The eligibility for the course is 12th with 60% of marks. Plus, I appeared for the Design Aptitude Test (DAT), ST, and Portfolio Evaluation Test.
