Course Curriculum Overview
It's very nice. After 4.5 years, an additional 1 year of Internship would be very useful. We are supposed to go for the clinical postings from 2nd year onwards. So it is very useful for us to learn easily. It's a five year and 6 months course.
Placement Experience
Our college provides an internship. The internship is for a period of one year. After completing the 4.5 years of study, we are supposed to work in our hospital. It is very useful to learn more and make most interactive session with patients. The stipend is about 18k to 20k.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it is a government Medical College, the fess is way below your average private medical college fee. The college fee in total is around ?440,750 while the hostel fee for the whole course is around Rs 2 lakhs. Comparatively the fees is really really low
Campus Life
There are many seminars and events conducted all around te year. Sports are one of the main stress relievers in our college. The college has a very big ground where the students play cricket, basketball, volleyball, football, and hockey. We have our own teams for each game and win many tournaments in various colleges
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni are very helpful to the students currently at the college. Give the best advice for their juniors to pursue. And in return we conduct alumni meet for them so they can get together in their second home.
Admission
The admission to MBBS anywhere in India is based on the marks obtained in the National Entrance Cum Eligibility Test also known as NEET. You will be further judged on your 10+2 marks which have a cutoff of at least 50%
Faculty
The faculties in the college are very experienced. They taught us very well and are very close. The teachers more look like close friends. They help us when in need. They are ready to clear our doubts at any time.
