Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

AYURVEDA is such an old tradition medicine with being most effective for most of diseases also having least side effects. In today's world where everybody suffering from prolong diseases and not getting cured , Ayurveda is standing tall and curing all such prolonged diseases. The curriculum prepares so well as we just don't study from book but visits clinics and hospital to see the direct implementation of it.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

There's no such companies which come to offer the roles under internship with stipend. But in medical colleges after our college gets completed we have to do 1 year internship in the hospital which is of college. NIA provides the stipend of 23500/month .

Fees and Financial Aid

Well since being a central institute fees for every category students is same . Total first proff fees is 54963 (18months) which one has to pay during admission which includes Admission fees - 2500 Tuition fees - 25000 Prospectus fees - 1000 Magzine fees - 1375 Computer fee- 2834 Lab fees - 1884 Library fees - 1884 Book bank fees- 1884 Games fees - 1334 Cultural fees - 1334 Literature fees - 1334 Identity card fees - 500 Development fees - 1500 Enrollment fee - 100 Library caution money - 10000 (refundable) 2nd proff (next 18 months) fees is - 41481 3rd proff (next 18 months ) fees is - 40481 I'm not aware of scholarships or financial aid right now that are available for students . Also annual fee for NRI is 563$

Campus Life

4.5

The campus life is great. College focuses on social aspects too and conference and events are arranged on the educational purposes, also lots of research program and projects take place . Classrooms has a DG board , libraries have computers on every table . Extra curricular activities are also offered in campus. It has indoor plus outdoor games .

Hostel Facilities

4.5

In NIA, we are provided with double sharing room with attached bathroom and balcony . Hostel also has a lift , laundary facilities and a proper place to dry clothes . Hostel fees is 11500 for 18 months which is quite affordable. Now let's come to mess, we pay every month according to the number of meals we'll have. Food is okayish.

Admission

I applied to state colleges such as GOVERNMENT AYURVEDIC COLLEGE LUCKNOW, GAC PATNA , GAC JHANSI , GAC BAREILLY,etc but I chose this college over any other because its a central institute and had the most exposure and knowledge I can get. I can also do researches and many more things . Well to get admissionin this college first you have to give an all India medical test called NEET ,then qualify into it , for 2024 you had to score more than 640 to get admission into this college in a very first round also this college has a very high cut offs then after the allotment you need to go to the respective college for physical verification where all your documents checked , medical certificate is made and you pay the 1st proff fees and lock your seats.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty to students ratio is okay . Being a central institute the government insures to provide top notch faculty and facilities to students. From staff to profesor everybody is helpful and understanding. They try their best to make things easy for us .

Night Life

4

Nightlife around NIA Panchkula (mainly Sector 5 and nearby areas) is actually quite active, especially because it is so close to Chandigarh. The area has grown into a proper nightlife zone with nightclubs, lounges, cafés, and late-night hangout spots. While it may not be as wild as Delhi or Mumbai, it definitely has enough options for students and young professionals. Here is a detailed 500-word description. The biggest advantage of nightlife near NIA Panchkula is location. Sector 5 is considered the main nightlife hub of the city. According to recent news reports, nightclubs in this area were officially allowed to reopen and operate till 3 AM after a long shutdown, and the decision brought crowds from across the Tricity (Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali). Because of this, the area now stays lively late at night, especially on weekends.
