Course Curriculum Overview
I was studying Visharad Pratham Khand or the fourth year in Bharatanatyam dance. There was both theory and practical for this course. Like every other course the theory was written and for the practical examination, we had to show different dances that were mentioned in the coursebook.

The placement and job opportunities in Pracheen Kala Kendra are slightly different from any other mainstream University. This is a performing arts organization we have to pass certain examinations and also have good experience before we ourselves can be teachers for any course.

Pracheen Kala Kendra is educational organization that promotes art forms such as fine arts, classical dance, and classical music. I am an Indian classical dancer and after finishing my Bhushan which is a 3-year course, applied for Visharad which is equal to a bachelor's degree in classical dance.
Faculty
I learn Bharatanatyam from a very esteemed teacher who is a professional dancer herself. She taught me every dance requirement and also the theory of the course extensively so that I may be able to successfully pass the examination with good marks.
