My College is like Temple on the Heaven. So the student who joined or entered NITT will have a rich experience & Good life till the retirement.

Entrance examination is through Graduate Aptitude Test Examination & my GATE SCORE is 417, Since it is Reputed & Old Famous College in INDIA National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalii.

It was excellent. My course is Mtech Industrial Safety Engineering which comes under Department of Mechanical Engineering. I studied for two years 2009-2011. First year completeley theory which consists of 2 Semisters & various Industrial Plant Visits

My College Internship experience is with BHEL TRICHY, SSTP. So All Seam less Steel Tube Piping manufacturing process had beeen learnt while doing my Second year course / Project. My general stipend offrered is 8000 rs per month since i have cleared GATE & joined through proper channel

NIT TRICHY stands for Placements No.1. We are having a Good Placement Cell which consists of Different Placement Representatives from different departments. I elected as PR for Industrial Safey Specialization. II got placed in 3 Companies. First at ESSAR Steels Hazira, Gujarath - 5.5 LPA & Second JSW steels, Tornagallu, Bellary. Karnataka 4.5 LPA & the last one Qatar Ready Mix, Qatar which is abroad offered 2000 US Dollars

We were having different Fests at different intervals. Tech fest like Pragyan will be very goood to gain knowledge & innovative ideas by different students from various parts of the country. Sports & Cultural Fest are the real entertaining for both students, proff & families inside township campus

Even though it was Government College the Fees were not that much less. We were used to pay Both Tution & Hostel Fees - 38000rs Per Semister.So total for 4 semisters we have paid around 152000 rs.

Yes Good scholarship had been provided from NIT Trichy. But i have not availed. My friend avialed One scholarship & monthly he was getting some 5000rs extra other than Stipend what we used to get/ He had shown some NCC, SCOUT. Sports certificate. So he got that scholarship from college

Campus Life is very enjoyable. We have a Big Play ground & Well equipped GYM, LAbs which are so helpful for doing the experiments. Main thing is that we have A Industrial Safety Lab at Mechanical Dept where there are different instruments like Friction BAM tester assesment & ergonimical assement setup etc, Fume hood design

I stayed at Zircon-C Hostel. Her completely Mtech students are there on Sharing Basis. Hostel facilities were 10/10. But the Mess facilities are very bad the rating which i can offer is 3/10.

No Comments, Because We had an Alumini like REC Helps, in this community all the Safety Personnals including the staffs are the members So we share any Job notificatiuons, Latest Safety Updation & discuss in that group which was so helpful for the Juniors & Seniors & Proff

We were having 4 semisters. Fist sem total Six subjects & second semister total Six subjects. 3rd semister One Project Report & Fourth Semister Second Project report. (May be Continuation to the first or any New one).2 Cycle test for 20 marks for each semister 1 & 2.Semister exam foe 10 CGPA.

My Faculty was Best in India because, our prof are Qualified & experienced & Retired Govt employees who are acquiring PHD in Industrial Safety Engineering & All our Standards are IS & with respect to ISO 900114001 & OSHAS 18001
