Course Curriculum Overview

The course didn't seem too difficult to most of us. Some of us had doubts with one or two subjects, but that was it. Subject combinations were different for each course. Exam structure wasn't complicated.

Placement Experience

There were no placements or job opportunities that I knew of. We didn't have campus placements. No companies came to interview or recruit us. We went out and found jobs. Internships weren't available either.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees amount was feasible for us. It was moderate. The yearly fees of my three-year course was ?11,000. So, for three years, ?33,000 wasn't bad, actually. It wasn't expensive, as compared to other colleges.

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities, events, sports meant fun and enjoyment for us. After every few months, there would be an event, anything big or small, to take our mind off studies for a while. We also played sports in between.

Admission

For my selection, I had to pass an entrance test and appear for an interview. When my 10+2 results were out, I applied for B.SC. here. The merit list was out, then I passed the entrance test and gave the interview.

Faculty

The faculty did their job very well and they were truly dedicated to teaching us the best way. They would come up with easy examples to explain certain concepts to us. To referred the best books to teach us.

A good starting opportunity of my career.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I personally feel interested in the course BCA and learning the data analysis, first I used to explore many career options but when I started exploring the Data Analysis, I was totally into it and love learning the things related to analysis, that is how I thought of doing my bachelor in computer application with the specialization of Data Analysis and Machine Learning. I has chossen B. tech in Civi Engineering due to I want to do feild work. Civil Engineering branch is one of the oldest branch and base of all branch. The curiculam prepares me for real-world application or further academic pursuits by dealing hard numericals problem , Civil Engineering branch involves strong team work because any mistake in civil engineering team work result loss of life, money and time. The course is improved by providing strong computer application to civil engineering students and involving AI to this branch. In engineering you can face exam any time so you always ready for any examination and apply the daily study routine to life.

Placement Experience:

After six semester one becomes eligible for the placements. The number of companies visited is not clear. The highest package is 89 LPA and avg is 12 . Last year due to recession I think placement is 70-80%

Fourth-year students are eligible to appear in campus placements. Companies who visit NIFT for campus placement are Titan, Boat, Blackberry, Aditya Birla Group, Reliance retails, FabIndia, etc Last year's highest package was 22 lpa offered to a student from the Fashion Communication department. The average package would go around 4.5 lpa. The percentage of students getting placement would be 90% My plan after getting the degree is to spend at least 2-3 years in the industry after getting a good company to work with.

Remarks:

College is very good at studies. The teachers are really responsible. The hostels are not provided. Also my college do have its own building. But yes the bus is provided for nearby students which really helps in transportation which compromise the unavailable of hostel.
