GPP Patna Admission

Students are admitted to Government Polytechnic Gulzarbagh, Patna through DCECE (Diploma Combined Entrance Examination). The counselling procedure is conducted by BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Exam) board under Government of Bihar. Application Forms are Filled in the online mode only.

After the completion of application submission process, students can download their admit cards by filling the required details.
The Examination is conducted in the offline mode only.
Once the results are declared, the counselling procedure is started for those who clear it. It is conducted in online mode only.
The seats are allocated to students based on the ranks in the ranking/ merit list as per the choices filled by them.
Once the fees are submitted and the documents are verified, there is a medical fitness test after which the admission gets completed.

GPP Patna Placements

The training and placement cell of the college works dedicatedly in helping the students to develop all the needed skills to get placed in well reputed companies. Students are also given knowledge about higher study opportunities in India and abroad.

Seminars and workshops are conducted to help students to work in the best way possible. Students are taken for training from the 4th semester onwards.

Government Polytechnic Gulzarbagh has a very affordable fee structure because it is run under the Government of Bihar. This college is 2nd top college of Bihar for diploma in engineering. I have choose this college because , as it is near and top 2 College in Bihar government. In this college admission process is so cool , I have given an entrance exam for admission in polytechnic college. The exam is one the basic of class 9, 10 . When I qualified the exam the I fillup a form for counseling and college choosing then I choose the this college first. And I got it . Then I got a allotment letter and with original documents I joined this college.

Nice college it is.

Likes

The campus is ragging free. It has been a ragging free contact number giver against the ragger.
There is a library in the college where we get different books.

Dislikes

Electrical and mechanical Lab is under development.
Library is under development and the students can't study there.
It takes much time to process because it is a government college.

Admission:

I have applied for a government entrance exam named DCECE for this. The admission process for my college is so simple.Firstly we have to clear DCECE exam. After clearing the exam we will have to wait for the result after we have to do counselling after doing counselling we get the seat allotment letter from BCECE. After it we go to the college, verify our document and pays the fees and got the admission.

A horrible 3 years of college life

Likes

Even it was a government college and fees was minimal but it provided facilites like digital board in classes, lab room, playground, sport events were organised etc

Dislikes

Boys to girls ratio was very poor like if boys are 90 then girls are only 10

Admission:

Basic thing that approached me to join as this is a government college so fees is very less compared to other private colleges which provided same courses and also the degree i got from government college is far more valuable than i got from a private college

The only way to get here is entrance exam conducted by DCECE. Then after they provide the online councelling option on website after results and rank card. According to choise selection and results the college and course are allotted.

The pros and cons of government polytechnic patna gulzarbagh

Likes

The college have wifi every corner and computer lab were have the best and latest model components.
The library have books of latest publication and you can easily get any books for your entire semester.

Dislikes

The water cooler doesn't seem to work properly you have to come to group floor to fill your bottle.
Classes have crack windows which can be harmful to students

Admission:

This course can be pursued by just after 10th or after 12th both students have there entrance exams different different days.if you belong to some quota you can also avail it and gets the benefits like best college in less marks.after taking addmission you have to give semester exams every 6 month to promote to next semester.and you dont have to worry about the place the place is located in town you get every thing very easily here

the interior of the college was quiet old as it is a very old college they should renovate the college

there was exam being coducted by the sbte to get admission in the college. the marks of the student decide the college they will be geting in prior to the exam while filling up the form students had to choose the college prefrence they want to get admitted in and after the exam colleges are provided acordingly. any 10th pass student can aplly for this course and it have variety of courses as civil mechenical cs and many more.all the updates regarding the application and form filling are uploaded on the official site of state board of technicall education.as far as i remember the fees for the nline form was around 1000 and it varies according to thier qouta.there is reservation for difrent qouta as millitary sc/st obc and war vitarian and so on.the addmision process is time taking this could be improved by decresing the time taken for publissing the result of entrance test.
