Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was clearly point-to-point. We also had practical lectures to practise the programs in computer labs. Exams were obviously tough but we also got enough time to prepare so it was okay.
Placement Experience
The placements and job opportunities looked very bleak for us. We didn't have even a single campus placement. We were actually worried about how we would get good jobs after graduating. No companies came to interview us.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was okay. It was feasible for most of us, but not easily affordable for some. The total fees of my three-year course came to around ?41,000. On an average, the yearly fees was ?14,000.
Campus Life
There were various interesting clubs and societies, the membership of which was open to all. We celebrated major festivals together, and it was so much fun. We would play regular sports to blow off some steam.
Admission
I chose BCA because I was interested in computer programs and technology. I waited for my 10+2 result, and when it was out, I applied here. Then I passed the entrance test, gave the interview and got admission.
Faculty
The faculty members were highly knowledgeable and respected. They used the easiest methods to explain to us some tricky concepts, like presentations, notes, etc. We also had quizzes and debates sometimes in lectures.
