My Bachelor Days In Doomdooma College

Since my college is a renowned institute in Assam I always wanted to be a part of it. And my dedication had to lead me towards this institute. I did my B. A in education and now doing great in my professional life. My overall experience with Doomdooma college is brilliant. Not only the faculty but the infrastructure is great satisfying the needs of an educational platform

My college works under NAAC and divides the curriculum into 6 semesters. Therefore one needs to sit twice every year to finish their B.A. degree. It made me stay up to date with the classroom thus scoring pretty good at the end of my graduation year.

Well, there is no placement facility as long as I can recollect. However, my college offers internship opportunities to the students who seek out to do one. Additionally, there are several online internship opportunities where the student can work remotely. One my friend opted for work from home internship and received a pretty optimal stipend

I spend around 16k for the whole three-year program. And since the course structure gets divided into 6 semesters I was supposed to clear the fees with every approaching sem. Therefore 16k did not seem pretty much since the total money was divided 6 times for the whole year. It is feasible in my opinion.

Yes, there are scholarship opportunities which the college offers to only the freshers. One of my acquaintance opted for the scholarship. However, there is nothing like a student loan. If you apply for a scholarship make sure to produce all the required docs to avoid problem.

I can say that my college comes with a well-equipped classroom, lab, library and more that one institute requires to run proficiently. Additionally, my college from time to time organised several activities such as cultural programs along with sports events that made all the students and teacher feel a sense of relaxation from the regular humdrum of college life. It felt great.

The admission procedure is pretty general. I scored around 75% in my 12th, therefore, getting the desired program came one step closer. I filled in the application form. A few days after, I found my name in the merit list posted by the college authority.

I am very glad that I got to spend around 3 years under these brilliant teachers who taught with dedication and perseverance. Additionally, I got their support in every other field such as sports and cultural programs. They are ready to help students whenever one needs them.
