Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum does not focus on research work. The university provides typical theory and practical courses. There is a library on the campus where a student can read books. The course structure is based latest syllabus.

Placement Experience

This college is one of the best colleges in the state of Orissa. Most of my friends are placed in good companies. I am also placed in a good company. I am getting a decent salary package from this company.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are very reasonable at this university. I have paid about Rs. 7500 for the course of two years. It means that I have paid around Rs. 3700 for one year. I have paid the fees in two instalments.

Campus Life

There are many extracurricular activities in this college. The college organises many seminars and workshops for the students. Many guest lectures are also organised by the university for the students.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels in this university are spacious. When I was in the hostel, I was sharing the room with five other students. The mess in the hostel provides hygienic food to the students. Some of the students also live in PG's. For one month they pay around Rs. 3000 for one room set.

Admission

I got admission in this college on the basis of my bachelor's degree. Candidates must have 45% marks in the degree. An amplitude test is also taken by the university. To get admission in UG courses candidates must have passed 10+2.

Faculty

The faculty in this college is very hardworking. They are dedicated to teaching students in a well-balanced way. They also provide notes to the students. They tend to clear every doubt of the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

They provide vast type of coriculom like - kabadi, football, cricket, nss, ncc etc. Who going to that field. That was best for that man applying that field. I i suggest for their improvement in faculty-student ratio. This university exams very tough. The Invigilateers are very stricts. They dont provide any comp on exams.

Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology is a government college but provides much more facilities like private colleges.

From 7 semesters students became eligible for college campus plcements. Companies visit to our college are vedanta, adani, tcs, jsw, infosys and many more. The highest package is 27 lpa and average package is 4 lpa. My plans after getting placemens is to become a software engineer.

Our college and Hostel facilities

Placement Experience:

Almost 95% students get placement in this college at pharma companies at places like Delhi Mumbai at minimum salary of 15000rs to 20000rs. But the minimum percentage should be 80 to 90% to get the placement. I plan to do MPHARM after the BPHARM course.
