Course Curriculum Overview
The course was three years long with 6 semesters. Presentations and oral viva were taken regularly and the external and internal were conducted at the end of each session. The curriculum was easy and stress free.
Placement Experience
Since this was a bachelor degree there were no placements arranged by the college, the teachers recommended to study further for the Masters to have a high scope in the field of language. The students who wanted to get placed the college gave an internship or job application form and the placements were conducted for the same.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The course fees was very feasible as it was a government college the total course fees was around Rs.10,000 including all the expenses but exclusive of the hostel and the travel fees. It could be submitted in the form of demand draft, card payments but no cash was accepted.
Campus Life
The college was nicely constructed with big playgrounds, where we could play sports like cricket, basketball, volleyball, tennis. The facilities like language labs, Gym, lab, Department of music/dance/theatre were also available. Students from different backgrounds used to study and it was a ragging free campus.
Admission
The admission was on the basis of 12th board Examinations and the application form could be fill directly from the college or through online official website. After that I applied to the college and got admission to the BA Sanskrit course.
Faculty
The faculty of the college was very cooperative and helpful. They all were PhD holders in different respective fields. All the teachers used to guide us along the curriculum and help us. They all were fluent in English and Sanskrit which led to no communication gap.
