Remarks

10 colleges situated in very clean location. The the infrastructure is also very e beautiful and clean. The Labs and the classrooms are always clean and the rooms are very spacious. And the best part provided by the college is the industrial training and placements provided by the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

As it is a six months course and the subject included in the course are both theoretical and practical. The subjects are Bakery and confectionery in theory Bakery and confectionery in practical hygiene and sanitization commodities costing and accounts. The students who are having great interest in bakery used to to pursue this course.

Placement Experience

This college provides 100% placements in five star hotels airports restaurants etc. Students also get chance to work in many global companies and the college also promotes entrepreneurship so that the student rise hai and become Global leader. Some of the hotels in which the student get placed are are the Lalit the park Radisson Blu Holiday Inn

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fees of the course is very very nominal as compared to other universities. According to the the placements offer by the college they are providing the best course in very nominal fees. I prefer this college as it is bestest hospitality college I have ever seen.

Campus Life

The college mainly focuses upon the subjects and event related to food but for the entertainment of the students organises many other events like yoga day Teachers Day many cultural functions quiz workshops in which the students take active participation.

Admission

In this diploma course of Bakery the student who have passed the qualifying examination under 10th pattern with minimum 45% off marks which is recognised by the school secondary examination are eligible to take admission in this college. They can apply online.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

Placement Experience:

Placements of the college are good . They are incerasing year by year . As now college is made autonomous placement is also good in the college. Companies like TCS , CAPEGEMINI, like such big companies are also coming to college . as such college have developed the placement ratio . the higest package offered in the college was last year it was 18 lakhs . average pacakages offered in the college is betweeen 3 to 7 lakhs . but the students are geeting placed from college. Near about 70 to 80 percentage of the students are getting placed every year.

Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.
