Course Curriculum Overview

They have a very well structured course curriculum for every course. The practical and the theory exams of each semesters for not overlapping and students got enough time to prepare. Practical approach was as much as it was required.

Placement Experience

4.5

The campus get a whole lot of companies every year for recruitment. Almost all students could get placed if not in campus then after because of the well preparation by the faculty. The packages are good. Companies like Nokia, Himalaya, Hilton , Axis Bank, Cipla etc visit the campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for my course is about 21000 for each year. It buried a little every year. This includes the fees for the computer lab and that is why it was higher than fees for other courses in the college.

Campus Life

The college has a lot of clubs and societies for interests of every student. I am the part of literary club. There are competitions inside and outside the college and the students participate in numbers and bring prizes. Sports league is also held. There are various cultural programs in the college as well

Admission

I got to know that the admission was merit based. So I filled the form online. I was asked to submit all my documents in the form itself with my marks and details. Then there was merit list I didn't get my name on the first merit list but I got it on second.

Faculty

4

The faculty of the college is very highly qualified and they are all very kind and cooperative. They had the students in in handling the skills and becoming better in their chosen career options and also help them in personality development

Pre placements starts from 4th year and post placements too happens as those who remain to get any placements are also assisted. Law jobs are anyways less so percentage of students getting jobs is also quite less as batch size is also 100+.

Placement Experience:

My college has an average placement of 6LPA. Placement eligibility starts from the end of 5th semester, but when I got promoted to 5th semester, placements declined due the the restructuring in placement cell. So our batch missed the opportunity to attend any placements. In year 2022, the highest placement was around 22LPA and in year 2023, it declined to 9 LPA as there was restructuring in team. After getting my degree I will look for carrier opprotunities on my own, as I have not experienced any placement in my college years.

Corporate Law is a subjects but no corporate placements as law firms were the sole contributors of our university. They gave as many placements as 30% students were placed and that too with very thin packages. So, university needs to fix this just like they have fixed every single thing at the campus.

Placement Experience:

Placements for Law are not comparable to the tech courses so far at GLA. Every year combining BBA LLB and BA LLB around 300 and I don't think even 100 are placed. So, GLA University will have to find a way to get atleast half the students find placements here and because I know my chances of getting placements are slim, I will be opting for doing LLM after I am done with LLB in 2027.
