The masters programme in vegetable science is basically a two year programme divided into four semesters. In the first two semesters we are given insights about how the vegetable is grown using different artificial techniques , what is beneficial for the plants, the seeds which are to be used and many more.

The placement package is really good starting with a average package of 6 lpa which goes up to the top package of 12 lpa . Many internship programmes are also offered by the university so that the students make useful outcome of their holidays. They are basically provided with unpaid internships in order to gain more knowledge about the subject.

The course fees of M.sc in vegetable science is around 60000 . it is quite feasible for a year because if we see in exchange of this amount of money the infrastructure provided, the courses offered are just commendable.

Many sports activities like football , cricket , table tennis are also held at the university so that the students can interact with each other and blend their cultural activities. The lab of the college are well maintained and clean so that the students are comfortable with .

The hostel rooms are very big and in each room there is a chair and table provided to the students with the almirah for there personal belongings. The electricity and water facility is quite good and is available 24 hours. The internet connection is also very strong , I have completed many of my college assignments with the college WiFi. The mess food is also good as the food is made with respect to the time table provided by the student council of the university.

When I joined this institution I had given an entrance exam conducted by the university . The forms are available both online and offline. I filled the form in online mode as it is relatively more easy . I was asked to upload my educational documents . After the test was conducted I had my name in the second list of the college and was later on called for the documentation process.

The teachers are really very knowledgeable and well mannered. They have always helped us in every issue regarding our academic performance , curriculum activities or personal things. I have cleared my doubts very often from my lecturers , they always listen to my doubts and answer them even if I ask them again. Overall our faculty members are really good .
