Likes
- Cooperation of the faculty with students, Appropriate infrastructure facilities for a better degree. Affordable course as fee is very low.
- Teaching methods are very good and mostly practicle based ( field based )
- Campus life is quite good but not up to mark because of university lacking infrastructure facilities.
Dislikes
- No Placement is given to students till now .
- Lack of infrastructure facilities. However the college of Horticultural is centrally equipped with AC
- Course curriculum also need to be improved.
Course Curriculum Overview
Because the course which I persue ( BSc Hons Horticulture) has h particular specification in Horticulture. Further opportunities after this course is very vast in both government and public sector. The exams are very frequent as there are mid and end sem .

Fees per year approx 15000 Tution fee : 1100 Examination fee : 1100 NSS : 60 University sport fund : 2200 Curricular Activities fund : 110 Scholarship to top 25 % of batch topper of every semester : Girls - 1200 per month and Boys : 800 per month. Scholarship to SC candidate ( below income 2.5 lac per annum)
Campus Life
College of Horticulture celebrate freshers , farewell , every year. Inter Class Sports tournament also conducted every year. No any kind of groups and clubs existed in college till now. Campus has a cirket and volleyball ground.
Admission
I have for College of Agriculture, CCSHAU but choose MHU because of Specification in a particular branch of Agriculture which is Horticulture. Addmission process is through entrance conducted by CCSHAU with minimum qualification marks are 50 for General /OBC and 47.5 for SC/DSC
Faculty
Currently faculty to student ratio is 1: 50 . Faculty are easily approachable. Giving faculty name is here is confidential. Each semester has 9-10 courses compulsory.Every semester has has dual exams , mid- sem and end - sem . Not so easy to pass these exams .
Night Life
No any kind of nightlife exist in MHU as it the campus is situated in a rural area and no hostel facilities are started till now so there is no night life . College timming is 9:00 am to 5:00pm . Hostel are under construction and not yet started.
