The Course Structure is Fabulous, it is a 2-year duration course with the form of Choice-based Credit System organised in four semesters of 24 credits each. Each semester includes theory papers, assignments, field practicals, tour journal and lab practical papers. classroom lectures, assignments, group discussions and extended field visits are therefore given equal importance in our course. Also, a candidate has to Secure a minimum 40% in his/her dissertation, viva-voce examinations and each theory paper and practical examinations.

Our College management has an EIA cell and Companies like Andhra Pradesh Roads and Buildings Department, Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Bongaigaon Refineries & Petrochemicals Limited, Canadian Environmental Collaborative Limited, Engineers India Limited, Gas Authority of India Limited, Government of Mizoram, Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation, Harish Cement Company Limited Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Komex Europe and Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board comes for the placement.

The fee of the course is a little bit expensive, it is approx INR. 5 lakhs for the total course. But the fee structure is good according to the course and the campus. Because of the way the college takes the fees it gives the facility to the student. Apart from this, I have to pay some extra amount for the hostel facility and mess. Also, The sponsoring agencies of the college are advised to provide insurance for sponsored candidates, if any medical treatment is needed for the duration of the training.

For the good health of students, the institute provides various types of facilities for sports and recreation. There are a large playground and floodlit tennis, badminton and basketball courts on our campus. Also, our campus has a jogging and walking track so that everyone can take care of his health by making him/her healthy. Also, we have a big auditorium and It is fully air-conditioned with excellent audio and lighting system with an overhead LCD projection system. Microphones are provided in front of each chair which facilitates interactive sessions during various events.

Yes, the campus is huge and we have 2 hostels located in the campus, The hostel is administered by a Warden appointed by the Director The hostel provided accommodation to students and trainees recruited for the various courses in campus, There are total 84 single rooms and 40 double rooms are available in the hostel and Both hostels are equipped with a wireless internet connection. the hostels have facilities of common television room, table tennis, carom board and lounge space.

M.Sc. in wildlife science is an entrance base course and candidate can apply both online and offline for the exam. A candidate has to attempt for NET exam and if your name is in the list then college will call you for the Personality Aptitude Test and Interview. Basically the NET test is a 2-hour duration of MCQ exam, which includes around 100 marks question paper and topics include General Awareness including Current Affairs, Quantitative Skills, English Language and Computer knowledge.

There are nearly 35 Faculty members in my college to guide the students. Lectures are extremely qualified and teach good enough for students to understand. My HOD Dr Gautam Talukdar is very much experience in his field of work and teachers like Dr Bitapi C. Sinha, Dr Monali Sen, Dr Amit Kumar are the one who is very inspiring and supporting us.
