My Artistic College Days

This college offers diverse types of courses which is again sectioned into further branches. We have very engaging and easy to grasp subjects every year. My course revolves basically around the art of painting and sketching. We have 2 semesters every year including 4 internals with practicals.

The college brings to us good but local companies for students. Some seniors have even got placed with a decent salary. We even have career guidance and counseling cells to guide and consult students regarding their upcoming career. Yes, the college offers various internships but I have not yet participated in any one of them.

The grand total fees of my course for three consecutive years is Rs 5,150 which I think is possible to pay. Likewise the fee structure is very stringent and not at all expensive to wage. The fee structure includes tuition fees, library fees, registration fees and many more which I think is reasonable.

This institute might not have proper hostel facilities but hosts cultural events, extracurricular activities which is quite splendid. We have various NCC as well as NSS groups for both boys and girls which I think is impressive. We also have seminars, workshops every year.

Everything is good in the college leaving the hostel facilities within the campus. Students mostly complain about room not being cleaned properly, mess food is prepared nicely, lavatories being unhygienic which is a matter of concern and college should pay more emphasis and attention on it.

After completing my 10+2 boards I filled the application for Bachelor of Fine Arts in this college because of its academic excellence. After the counseling phase was complete, I had to appear an aptitude test for this course. As I secured eligible marks, got selected in this college.

The best thing about this college are the faculty members who took the academics from scratch to where it is now. Students get admission here because of the professors, teaching quality and academic excellence.
