Remarks
The management is way too strict. They won't bend for a single thing. You break a rule, they will make sure you pay for it. So this is something I didn't like. There should be a little leniency in an undergrad college.
Entrance Preview
I took the entrance exam conducted by the institute's management. I cleared the round and got selected in the course. I chose this college mainly because the the beautiful campus it has got. Also I was not interested in engineering that I was pursuing at that time. There was aptitude test and personal interview. It wasn't so hard for me as I felt confident all the while.
Course Curriculum Overview
Rigorous and challenging. We had 7 hrs of classes and 4 hours of workload almost everyday. Each course is thought by really good teacher and the net impact on a student is better than any other college.
Internships Opportunities
1st year was for ngo. We had to get our own placement. College only helped for companies in ahmedabad.
College Events
Many committee were formed and we celebrated atleast once a month. Example treasure hunt, talent night, plays, dance competiton, essay competition.Separate clubs were formed for each cultural activity. Ex. Photography Club, dance Club. It was great.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is really expensive. 1.5 lakhs per year for bba is not so feasible. However, I found it worth it.1.25lakhs is the tuition fee. 25 thousand is for books, cultural activities and extra curricular activities.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes. State bank of India provided good loan for this course. They have a special student loan. There's no scholarship as of now.
Campus Life
We didn't have a campus life as there was no accomadation. However, the campus is beautiful. The flora of the campus i's something no one would dislike. There's no separation between girls and boys. No restriction on personal lives. There's no discrimination at all.
Hostel Facilities
Sadly there is no accomadation for bba students. But mess food is a delight. Homely cooked meal everyday.
Alumni/Alumna
One thing I didn't mention is that I was in the first batch of this newly launched course. Hence we didn't have seniors. But the course is doing good. There are 3 batches till now. And the junior senior relationship is really cool. I dropped out due to health issues but I am in touch with most of the students.
Exam Structure
It wasn't at all chilled out. There was continuous evaluation and internals carried 60% weightage. Out of that, 40%was minimum to get the hall ticket for finals. A grand total of 50% was reqd to pass
Faculty
The faculty selected for this course were very professional and hard working. They always came prepared with bunch of notes for each class. Really professional faculty. But sometimes they used to behave unreasonably. For example, blackmailing us against our attendance as attendance was the most important criteria of admission.
