Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is well structured and well built. The duration is 5 years in total with 2 semesters per year. The subjects focuses on both research and practical applications. The flow of syllabus is quite good. I properly follows what teachers deem important, so it is quite chill for me.
Placement Experience
The internship and placement cell handles all the job and internship oppurtunities. It connects to different Law firms and corporate companies. In last year, my seniors batch got a median salary of 2.95 Lakh/annum. The highest package offered was 4 Lakh/ annum, so placement scenario is still mediocre.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is pretty similar for all 5 year programs. My fees is 69,620 Rs which includes my tution fees, admission, library, wifi, infrastructural fees, and all other miscellaneous fees, which is quite normal.
Campus Life
We celebrated the annual cado fest on the first week of march. It was awesome and refreshing for us, as we tend to side our academics and focus in creative events. We also have annual sports meet where we take part in our favourite sports. I am not a sporty guy, so I just cheer for my friends. We also have regular guest lectures.
Hostel Facilities
There is no hostel facilities provided by college. Students have to stay in privately arranged houses outside college. Many of my friends chose to share rooms. This is quite a downside to the college.
Admission
I chose commerce as my main stream after the 10th grade. I decided to Opt for B.COM.LL.B for which the cutoffs were minimum aggregate of 60% in my 12th grade, as I belong to SC category. I scored an aggregate of 75% , so I was eligible. The rest process was simple, as all I had to do was fill the application form of the college with an application fee of Rs. 250.
Faculty
The faculty is like a balance spice mix. Some teachers are strict like chillies, while some are sweet and friendly. All are highly qualified , and are very helpful, but you need to gain the trust of those chillie professors.
