Course Curriculum Overview

Course Curriculum at Maharashtra National Law University strictly adheres to UGC guidelines and is as per industry standard. B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) Five-Year Integrated Degree Course follows semester system with six working days in a week, a minimum of 90 working days in a semester; and 180 days in an academic year in addition to examinations

Placement Experience

Maharashtra National Law University has more or less 100% placements record with the university having separate placement cell headed by distinguished professors.In addition the university arranges internship in reputed law firms and companies for its students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Maharashtra National Law University offers 3 year LLB programme at a cost of RS 7.48 Lakhs which is a bit expensive as compared to any other Govt law college.But the university offers various scholarship schemes for underpriviledged students

Campus Life

Maharashtra National Law University has state of the art computer labs equipped with ample number of computers and a dedicated full time computer instructor.Besides the institute has a central library with around 10,000 collection of books to aid students in their study

Admission

To dominate the court room in a black gown has always been my dream.After clearing CLAT examination with a good score I applied for a BALLB {Hons.} at Maharashtra National Law University.The minimum eligibility criteria for admission in the university is passing 10+2 with 45% + CLAT score.

Most of the faculties at Maharashtra National Law University are highly cleared and NET qualified.There are faculties who have either years of a academic experience or industry experience. The Chancellor of the university is R. Banumathi, Judge of the Supreme Court of India and the Vice-Chancellor is K. V. S. Sarma

YCCE College : My Experience

Placement Experience:

The placements are good in the YCCE college as compared to other colleges in Nagpur. From seventh semester the students are eligible for the campus reqruitments. The companies that offer placements in YCCE are Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, wipro, Persistent etc. The highest package is around 24 LPA and the average package is around 5 LPA. Around 70-80% students get placed every year in the college. My plans after getting the degree is to get a secure job and spent time with family.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are decent but not very high. students usually become eligible from the final year and few companies visit for roles like accounting assistant, sales, customer service. The average package is usually around Rs.2LPA-Rs.3LPA.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.

I chose MNLUA because it offered a better balance of fees, academics, campus life adn hostel facilities compared to other NLUs and other law colleges. I applied to the college through CLAT, i had also applied to NLUs like MNLU Nagpur, TNNLU, DNLU and NLUJAA, but i didn't join them later as they had their own drawbacks.
