Remarks

I really enjoyed studying in UID. It was amazing experience . I become more confident . College campus was also inviting and refreshing . Which make my all years of studying more energetic . I highly recommend UID for betterment of any designing interested student.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is full time degree course for 4 years with 8 semesters. Also its fully focused on creation fashion and creativity in designs. Many specialize is designing clothing for men , women and authentic wears. Course not just gives whole view of designing but also provide insights.

Placement Experience

The have college have ties with various high tech and dynamic companies. So interested student can contact through campus to join this companies. Also college suggest good students with workplaces and vacancies. College provides internship options for eligible students in special programs. After completion of courses students have great opportunities in UID .

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure in the college is very feasible. Course fee was 18 Lakhs total for 4 years. It was semester patterned . It is found to be affordable for all the students. Every year the fee is to be paid at the start of the year. This fee includes for both the semester.

Campus Life

College arranges various extracurricular activities too. Seminars of designers . Musical programs , dance programs , street dramas for students personality development . Also sports completions , intercollege cricket matches also held .

Admission

After completing 12th I wondered for best college designing. I wanted join to the designing world. That? why I selected the United Institute of design - Karnavti University. I applied online for admission but entrance mode is offline.

Faculty

College have great faculty . As designing is art all faculty coaches are great artist. All teachers are experienced not just practically they had worked in opened market. They guide with full support and motivation. They always connect students with increasing market values and changes in designing world . They help to incarnate creative view in students.

I am in my 7th semester and I was asked to apply. After beging rejected from two I was still provided the opportunity and in 4th attempt I finally made it. Likewise every student is provided ample chances and mostly in penultimate semester around 70% students are placed. There are 3 stage process of admission. First it is written test. Once we get selected from 1st stage then come situation test and interview. Really helpful

The admission process was quite easy, you just needed to give one entrance there were some passing marks which are different for every year. Once you pass the entrance exam they call you for the interview round on the date you select. You need to show your portfolio (whatever good work you have). Then they announce the result via your registered mail. Other than this admissions forms are announced on their official site. It's mostly in the month of December.
