Course Curriculum Overview
Our college offered specialization in five disciplines, I opted for B.Des in Textile Design.We have eight semester exams in a four year duration. we were acknowledged with the concepts of colour mixing, Communication and graphic design. Basically we encountered the process of turning raw material into a finished product.
Placement Experience
Placement is quite good in our college , students are placed with attractive package in reputed companies. Yes internship is provided from college and is mandatory for each of us which allow us to picture ourselves in a professional environment.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee i had to pay for my curriculum was Rs.11.09 Lakhs in total, Yearly i had to pay a amount of Rs.2,71,000. The fee is bit expensive but it also provides quality education and improves our skills in our field.
Campus Life
Various projects are conducted by our college , we students make our participation and innovate new things, One of our senior developed cooling jacket for textile workers . Apart from this we are provided with Photography studio and mac Lab to work on our innovation.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, i opted for hostel as i belonged from different state.Hostel is available only for girls in our campus with all the amenities and two large common rooms, Both outdoor and indoor games are provided for us boarders allowing us to pass our leisure time.
Admission
I applied for this college by appearing for the NIFT entrance exam conducted by the college itself. After qualifying the exam i was called for situation test followed by the GDPI round and the wieghtage of situation test was 20%.
Faculty
The faculties of our college is highly experienced and provides us with extra ordinary knowledge and skills, They helps us improving our hand skills and lesson based knowledge. They are very friendly and deals with ease .
