Best review of Motihari Engineering College

I am from CSE(AI) branch and I choose it because our modern world have hype of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning So , in future we have to good knowledge about new technologies and Artificial Intelligence for employbility in future. My curiculum prepares us well but have lack of new technelogies informations . They not provide us good knowledge of new technologies , they teaches us with old curriculum. in course curriculum they should improve in technologies part just like , in times of machines they teach us how to cut a rod with a saw , how draw a map and projections of a machine by pen and paper . This type of old activities and curriculum how make us emplyable? Exams are on time but some times it is late depnding on university (BEU ) orders. Diffixxulty level is high (4 out of 5).

Companies like Flipcart ,AWS , , DRDO , Dewalls, CDAC and many more along with some private startups give students for internship oppurtunities. In which some are paid and some are not depending on companies but students got lots of working experience which is very useful for there campus placements . Some projects are done by in groups but some projects done individuals . Role of internships are vary with students skills.

From 7 th semester students become eligible for cmpus placements . Thera are a few companies like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys , Cisco ,Figma ,ACC and so on visited our college for campus placement but limited offers . Percentage of placements is arround 60 % which is very low but students are trying there best . Higher package was 12.4 LPA by Infosys as SDE and avrage package of 4 LPA. My plans are not taking plaement , I am preparing for gate 2027 .

We are paying here almost 20k to 25k per year for academic and extra curricular activities. Tution fees is almost negligible , admission fee 3500 for General and OBC category and very less for SC - ST, development fee 2500 per year ,registration fee 7400 per year (means 3700 per semester) and other charge are very less. For extra curricular activities depending on in which club you are participating and working you have to pay very less charges if they demand . I am in 3rd sem right now and I pay almost 12000 because for extra activity fees was managed by our seniors. There is Student credit card loan availiblity for poor students who can't afford academic fees and hostel fees , Bihar government provide him upto 400000 ruppes loan without any interest for 5 years. Also NSP and PMS like scholarship for students of OBC and SC-ST categories students are availabe with decent ammount of scholarship.

There is a annual function UMANG which is held in mid of November every year in which there is lots of fun and sports activities . In this annual fest newly joined students get intract with ther seniors wnd participate in their favourite activities . There is also lots of activity held time to time like Engineer's Day and Sarswati Puja. There is a huge library with almost 17000 books and lots of biographies and journals. Students can avail 4 book for 4 month at a time or can seat and read in library also. The classrooms have good lights , fans and AC availibility . Classroom have also smartbords and technological equipments depending on branches. There is one of the most active club in our college is PRAKARM sports club which have lots of affordiblity and anyone can join this group and enhnce and learn skills (GAME). Students of our college run NSS , PAHAL, and many more clubs like SINGING CLUB , PAINTING CLUB, and groups on social media for placement related informations.It has a good impact on Students and juniors.

I applied for MUZZAFARPUR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ,Muzzafarpur but I got this MOTIHARI ENGINEERING COLLEGE beacuse I have low rank in JEE Mains and also got CSE(AI) branch here.. Yes I got rejection from other colleges like MIT, Muzzafarpur because I have low rank in JEE Mains and I have to take CSE Branch. Admission Process of our college is so simple .For JEE mains student we have to apply for UGEAC Counselling , fill the choices we want with branches . After somedays result of conselling being anounced for first round admission and after complition of first round admission according to availibility of seats second round counselling round being announced and after second round of UGEAC there is chances for direct BCECE counselling begins for whom who didn't appear in JEE but they appeard in Bihar Enigeering Exam counducted by BCECE. For JEE Students (BOYS - GEN, EWS, OBC) , top three branches of our college have cuttoff around less than 1500 (UR Rank provided from UGEAC counselling). For SC -ST and Girls there is reservation and they got same branch with rank of 3000(UR).

The faculties to student ratio is almost 1: 60 . But faculties of our college are good enough except someone , they are well educated and also give more efforts for our studies and doubt solving. They are very helpful and approchable like our parents but some faculties have little bad behaviour and they angry in some cases. According to me Rohit sir ( Assistent proffesor of PHYSICS) is my best faculty because he understand us like their small brother and sisters. they help us so much. Aditya Sir (MATH) , Rohit Sir (Physics), Ashish Sir (MATH) , Saket Sir (BEE) are the best faculties of our College. For some reasons I don't like Santosh Sir(Chemistry) beacause he have little proud ego on himself. There are 4 exams in a year in which two mid-term exams(of 30 marks) and two end - term exams (of 70 marks + 50 marks for practical and viva). These are tough (4 0ut of 5) . Almost 20 to 30 % are fail to clear the exams. Course curriculum is good but need very changes according to changes in new technologies .

In late night in our college couples visited college canteen and enjoy there life with snacks and also single person with their groups enjoying tea break is evening. There are a GYM , Cafeteria ( Canteen) are present in our college . For meeting GIrls and Boys there is specific Area known as PMC are present . Hostel life is incridable there is main fun available which is shown in any birthday or parties . There are Chai tapries near the gate of college where students prefer to go and enjoy.
