Life at PU is the best thing that can happen to you. Once here you will never want to leave that place.

I Scored 73% in MCA. opted this university because of its infrastructure and facilities. The previous results were also very good. Even the placements are comparatively high.

Being related to computer applications curriculum was up to the mark with the technology. Learned many aspects of one subject. Every thing is thoroughly learned and well understood.

A considerable number of students were placed infosys, Aricent, HCL, Wipro as well as other companies. They offered 3-3.5 lacs p.a. ctc to the students.

Many cultural as well as technical festivals are celebrated like Jhankaar and Goonj which include many competitions from painting to make mechanical things like cars etc by student of Engineering.

Very feasible fee structure with large number of scholarships being awarded to meritorious and needy students. Its not that expensive to study in Panjab University.

Never availed any scholarship but many scholarships are given to meritorious students of different departments.

Panjab University has best Campus Life ever. There is a lot to do and learn. Numerous fests,games and competitions are organized on differed occasions. Student Politics is very much visible in the campus and is one of the main attractions of PU.

Being from Chandigarh only never stayed in a hostel. But as per feedback of my friends hostels are very good. Spacious and well lit rooms and home-like food in the hostels with flexible timings.

Interaction with seniors were good and yes ragging is actually banned here. Still in touch with other Alumni and seniors from the university. Even during study its been nice.

Standard exam of three hours are conducted in semester system of examinations. Sometimes timing are quiet hectic but its ok with that.

They have well learned and experienced faculty members. Teachers and other technical staff is very cooperative with students. Topic is explained properly and every doubt is heard and cleared.
