Remarks

There is nothing negative about this college and because it is my alma mater I don't have any regrets or issues with the college on the other hand I miss my those days very much. The college also provide so many facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview

The exam structure is not rigid and vague and is very flexible for the students. Students need to give the examination semester wise that is the students have to give examination in every six months or two times in a year.

Placement Experience

The courses and the study referred by the college are very great but according to that the college does not offers placement to the students. Internships are provided to the students with very small amount of stipend.

Fee Structure And Facilities

If we talk about the fee structure then it is very feasible for everybody to afford. The fees for first second and third year is same and the students have to pay only tuition fees and no other kind of fees has to be paid by the student.

Campus Life

There are two main activities that are organised by the college that are cultural activities and social activities. There are games and sports also for the students and who won the games on sports day he or she gets the award for it as well.

Admission

Admission in this college are entertain through online mode and the link ok for the application is given on the website only. The admission is given to the students on the merit list on the merit of the students.

Faculty

According to the rules and regulations the director and the faculties does their work according to the norms. The teachers and very responsible and the marking of the examination are also done according to the calibre of the students and the teacher does not do any partiality.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

Placement Experience:

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

SXC Kolkata is a gem of a college.

Placement Experience:

Computers are so vast that masters is mandatory and therefore I have certain plans for that. However big scale IT companies come here and students of Computer science Hons have had placements worth 6-10 lakhs easily. My plans are to appear for the job interviews but not taking any as I want to study more.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.
