Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is designed as per the guidelines issued by the medical council of India. The course is taught through practicals and theory lectures. The course is difficult but our teachers teach us in a simple way. We had to appear for exams, internals and practicals regularly.
Placement Experience
Our college provides on-campus and off-campus placement opportunities to the students. About 70 per cent of the students are able to secure their jobs through the placement drive conducted by the college. Other students prefer to study a postgraduate course
College Events
Our college hosts the Indian medical association program where several highly reputed doctors from India and abroad come to deliver guest lectures and hold sessions telling the students about the progress made in the medical field. Our college organises a cultural program called goonj where cultural activities like singing and dancing are there.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee charged by our college is minimal. The private medical institutions charge a hefty sum of money. Our college charges 52,000 annually as a fee. It includes tuition charges and other miscellaneous charges. The hostel fee has to be paid separately.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of our college is decent and well maintained. There is a central library well-stocked with books and journals. It also acts as an e-library as it has access to online resources and also the internet facility. There is a gym where students can workout to maintain their fitness. There are 2 examination halls with a capacity of 250 students at a time.
Admission
The admission to this college is based on the merit secured in NEET exam. After the NEET results are declared, the counselling session is conducted according to the rank of the students and the suitable candidates are granted admission. The entire application procedure is offline.
Faculty
The faculty of our college is disciplined, focussed and professionally trained. They understand their responsibility of creating future doctors. They teach us with great patience and diligence. They guide us and besides teaching us, they try to inculcate an empathetic attitude towards those who are suffering.
