Course Curriculum Overview

Our classes are developed with modern technologies such as projectors and ac classrooms. Exams are taken in evey six months. In my course it is not much hectic but classes are held daily by our professors.

Placement Experience

Our university has different collaboration with foreign universities as well as MOUs signed with top companies such TCS, Morgan Stanley, axis bank, cipla, Deloitte and many more. Highest package taken at our university is 30 lakhs per year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Jain university offers scholarships to meritorious and poor students whose parents cannot afford fees. They can apply at official website. For detailed fee structure check at the official website and also contact them. Fees structure is okay and is different for different courses.

Campus Life

Activities other than course happens regularly at our university. International and National conferences, workshops, seminars, annual festivals etc are really enjoyed by the students. Different societies are also there.

Admission

Jain university conducts it's own entrance exam for admission to professional as well as non professional courses. It is generally taken in the month of April and may. Selected candidates if fulfill the eligibility criteria can take admission.

Faculty of each and every college of my university is highly experienced and are experts in their field. They take regular classes so that our syllabus is completed on time. Teach with real life examples and give us practical approach.

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum is lakhs relevance to modern industry demands. while it covers the basics there is minimum focus on practical skills emerging technologies and real world applications overall, the courses not comprehensive enough.

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA

Placement Experience:

By completing the last semester students are eligible for campus placement. There is a very large number of companies recruited from the campus including IT companies like Infosys, Technocrat, etc. The average package is more than 15k.

Remarks:

The college is well known for inducing skills to students holistically. The facilities work very hard not just to complete the course but to make students fully aware about the subject matter. There is no political influence found in this college.
