The students can qualify for the examinations only after checking the eligibility which is the 10th and 12th grade masks. The student should also write a specific entrance which is the Jain entrance in order to get in.

Faculty

The teachers are all very knowledgeable and are very professional. The teachers help the students very well whenever they need help. They are very nice towards our students and help us with our doubts and everything.

IIIT KOTTAYAM - a Honest review

Placement Experience:

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is purely based on kuhs. The academic are finished a month before university exams . 85% attendance is maintained for exam. I choosed this course and college as my sister had passed out from this college with great score. For my MDS too i prefer this college as one of my option. Preclinical studies should be a little bit improved by showing some kind of 3D modes of teaching. Exam timing are so clear and perfect.

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.
