There are many courses provided by our college, college also provides diploma, Top courses offered are MBBS and MD. our college is also one of the best hospital of ludhiyana so it provides one of the best curriculam, it provides quite practical based knowledge which are useful during interns.

Placement Experience

College's placement cell is quite good, based on students adademics internships are generally provided. Most of the students are recruited by our own college and other hospitals, beside this college nurtures students so good in knowledge that they easily get their desired PG course. Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.

Fee Structure And Facilities

As it is private medical college so fee is somewhat high. for my MBS course I need to pay 6.5 lakhs per annum Fee for different course varies but as per the facilities provided the fee seems quite resonable.

Campus Life

Our college is one of the largest tertiary hospital in india it has large playgrounds and spacious auditorium which can accomodate more than 50 people at a time. labs are well equipped. Gardens in our college are full of ornamental and seasonal flowers which makes it more beautiful.

Admission

Our college offers several courses and admission criteria for all are different for admission to MBBS and BDS one needs to qualify NEET UG and for admission to Md ans Ms one needs to qualify NEET PG.

Faculty

faculties are quite experienced and well knowledgeble they solve each and every single doubt of students lab staffs are well known here for there mastery in their work.Proffesers even try to give depth knowledge by example of persons having very rare diseases.

Course curriculum is not well oriented by the officials Things we need to know for doing patients are not well taught bcoz that's is what we need for MDS (post graduation) so they donot teach them now Which is wrong So according to me Clinical stuff and practicals should be more concetrated on instead of theoretical study There need to be a mid term exam conducted likewise in MBBS for better preparation Proper test which are not regularly conducted should be there Teachers need to be hired Posts for teachers are vacant Teaching staff needs to teach students instead of pgs

Overall university is nice but i would suggest to opt for government colleges if you are looking in Chandigarh

Placement Experience:

In last year means in semester 5th , amity offers placements. Companies visited was amazon, Google, microsoft , airtel , flipkart , deloitte and adobe in 2023. Package:- highest 10 lakh per annum and average was 5-6 lakh per annum offered by deloitte and hdfc 8000+ students got placements. My plans after the degree are Ma in clinical psychology from abroad.

Its is good college in terms of money and their atmosphere

Placement Experience:

Our college is not so good in terms of placement. Our college is not tied up with the MNC for the placements of the students. Mostly sales-related jobs are offered in the placements. The highest package offered by our college is approx 7 LPA and the average package is 4.8 LPA. According to my point of view, only 15 to 20 percent of students can get jobs.

Life at GMC Patiala

I chose this as it is one of the well-known colleges for mbbs in Punjab. 10:225, Faculty, are postgraduates. With an experience of more than 5years mostly. At the end of the year, there were exams that are a bit difficult to pass.

Cmc - a feeling in itself

I was getting pims jalandhar , dmc ludhiana and cmc ludhiana. However i went for cmc ludhiana because first though pims jalandhar was 20 lakh cheaper acadamics and patient load is very bad and dmc ludhiana was 30 lakh expensive than our college. I didnt got admission in gmc. For 40 lakhs it is worth for money. Admission happen through neet and it is on merit basis. However there is reservation for sc, obc , and christian students.
