Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very hectic since its medical college for MBBS which is one of the most tough degrees in the world. You'll have to go through a lot of test projects and assignments even before the exams which carry marks.

Placement Experience

Placements of the college are very good they are usually checked on by the placement cell of the college. Various hospitals and companies visit the campus so that students can get recruited. There also internship opportunities

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is only one lakh for 5 years which is a lot less for MBBS program. it was easy to get afford it that you have to pay only 25000 for one year for such a big program. The facilities provide for this much was very good.

Campus Life

There are various clubs societies and associations for the students so that they can showcase their skills and enhance the talents. There are various students parties. There are workshop conducted by the college

Hostel Facilities

Hostel of the college is very decent with rooms on sharing of double and triple and then was also low and food provided in the mess was very good with all types of cuisines. There was 24 7 of electricity and water

Admission

You have to fill the form for the national eligibility entrance test conducted all over the country for medical students for various medical courses and programs. Your rank will decide your field and college that you get.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is excellent since they are all government teachers who have gone through various exams to get to take in the college. They are helpful supportive and understanding and make learning easy

Placement Experience:

There is a good placement cell in RIT Kottayam. From the 6th semester onwards students got placement training and career guidance classes and there are various clubs to improve your aptitude and chances to get the job through placement. The major recruiters of the campus are Oracle, Microsoft, Allianz, MRF, IDBI Bank, Infosys IBM, TCS, VVDN, WIPRO, Suntec EXPERION etc. There is about 75 % of students get placed every year. My plan after getting the degree is to go for higher studies.

Remarks:

The hostel and college infrastructure are a little poor compared to other colleges but it is expected with the minimal fees given. There are a lot of festivals and programs and a healthy political atmosphere. The non violent conflicts between the two opposing parties lead to good development in the college.
