Because calicut university is most top universities among kerala so and provide better services. my friends and family members told me join this college because Paramekkavu arts and science college is very good colleges based in calicut university.

Course Curriculum Overview

Very good course. B. Com finance is a most recommended couse for students who jave commerce background if you want to become a CA or CMA this course is most rexommended. Among the b. Com courses B. Com finance is most popular.

Placement Experience

Recently i visited an seminar for commerce students conducted by ISC (International School of Commerce) from there they told about professional Jobs like CA, CMA, ACCA, etc for commerce students. And they told about the scope and opportunities for that Job.

College Events

Good campus life. We have very good atmosphere on our college. we also celebrates the festivals like onam, christmas, etc and also we celebrates our Annual day etc.We also crlebrates farewell etc so much.

Fees and Financial Aid

I dont know about any type of loan or scholarship facility offered by our college. I think there are many acholarahip like OBC scholarship for OBC students. In my friends or collegues there are no one who have scholarship or loan.

Campus Life

Sport facilities among our colleges are very small there arent enough sports facilities. There are no grounds etc.And there are no wifi facilities because mobile phone is prohibited inside the college so there are no wifi facilities.And size of the library is less.

Hostel Facilities

There are no hostel facilities. We dont have any hostel facilities because most of the students are coming from nearby places there are no students coming from outside thrissuI think they arw thinking for hostal facilities soon.

I was not allowed to go outside Kerala for my undergraduate so this was the next best option. The college has a very high ranking and is one of the best in the state. The B. Com course offered by them is also one among the best available.

Admission:

I have chosen Bcom because my ambition is to become an accountant. I think it's nice and easy to study. The exams are conducted by semester wise (1 Sem=6 month) for 3 years. Before every semester exam, there will be a model exam. This course is divided into 6 semesters completing in 3 years. It is fair having enough time for preparation having 42 exams in 3 years. This course will give a good profession because there is a sea of changes in the IT field. Learning new programming code is better and easy.

Positive remarks is that the teachers are very nice and smart that their method of teaching is brilliant and we understand everything very quickly. Negative remarks is the political party conflicts each other often. At the time of election even teachers got fight each other with students.

Remarks:

Our college have more positives and less negatives. The faculty, infrastructure all are good expect that the drinking water facility is so poor and. it is located near to the toilet. So the students are scared about their health.

Bone of the best college (kerala University)

Remarks:

Unwanted and Unnecessary interference of College Management in Government Funds is considered as one of the negative marks of our college. The utilization of PTA fund is not in an effective manner. Unnecessary Political Activities is another problem. Hon. High court of Kerala already banned political activities inside the college. But it can't be controlled deeply.
