Course Curriculum Overview

4

The duration of the course was 3 years. As it was art stream, attendance was not mandatory here. I enjoyed my 3 years of life in the college premises. College had huge campus, arts galleries for art students, library , computer labs and much more. I gained important skills and knowledge in this college and also enjoyed the college life.

Placement Experience

3

Placement and job opportunities were not good for our stream. As it was arts, many students want to go for competitive examinations and rest of us want to open own arts galleries. Hence placement were also not available here. Definitely everyone got different skills and abilities from here.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure was another advantage of the college. The fees was just 2-2.5k and affordable to everyone. Many poor students got advantage from it and completed their graduation from here. Along with this scholarships were also available here.

Campus Life

4

Extracurricular activities were the strength of Arts students. Different arts competitions were held by the students with faculty support. Also arts exhibitions were conducted by the college in which students show their creativity and imagination. Sports and all were also arranged once in a year.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel of the college was good. It had suspicious and well maintained rooms. But the rules and regulations were quite strict. There was a wardon for the hostel and one doctor was also available for hostel students. The fees of the hostel was also affordable.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni of the college was fab. They were too caring and helpful. They took care of us like our siblings and also helped us in every situation. We got different skills and new ideas for our future from them.

Admission

PD Women's College - [PDWC] is the oldest women's college in our hometown. Every parents wish their daughter graduate from here. My parents also dreamt the same hence I took the admission in PDWC after completing my 12th. I want to go for the competitive examination as well as I have an interest in Arts so I took the admission for bachelor of Arts in PDWC. Admission process totally depend upon the 12th score.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty of the college was fabulous. Their creativity and imagination was just outstanding. I shocked by seeing their art skills. I got different skills from them. They helped us in the every situation or any problem. Our faculty was the most helpful and Cooperative faculty of the PDWC.

Course Curriculum Overview:

- The BCA cirrcuam at THE HERITAGE ACADEMY covers fundamental programming, Database management, and web development which are essential for a career in IT. - The syllabus is moderately relevant but some topics feel outdated. While programming and project based learning help in skill building more industry oriented course like AI, cloud computing, and Data science should be include. - Areas for improvement 1.more hands on training and internship opportunity should be introduced 2.Some subject focus too much on theory rather than practical application 3.Advanced technologies and industry trends should be integrated into the syllabus. Exam system & Difficulty: - 4 exam per semester - PPT Presentation, Report writing, MCQ test, written test then the Final semester Exam -Difficulty level moderate

• The specific aspects of the curriculum are the subjects including in this course are related to the industry that will help students to build their career in this competitive world and I choose the course as I wanted to pursue a professional course after graduation. • The curriculum prepares us pretty well for real world applications as there are subjects like management that helps students to understand things very clearly and apply it in the real world. • The frequency and timing of exams is perfect and my perspective on the difficulty level is that the exams are not at all difficult.
