Course Curriculum Overview

4

We studied several general prospects in the Bachelor of Arts in the education stream as there were extensive lectures along with the seminars based on the stream format and chance. The course let me understand the practical aspects and I read the relevant books, recommended by the faculty only.

Placement Experience

3.5

After the completion of this three-year course, the chances to get a decent job were minimum due to the lower academic experience. Also, the students were motivated to opt for higher studies in any renowned university once they complete the internship period.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The year-wise fees format was 1,630 every year until the student gives final semester exams. Also, there was some discrete relaxation from the fees for the reserved category students but they have to meet the relevant eligibility criteria to avail of.

Fees and Financial Aid

As per my viewpoint, the official finance department provides complete assistance by providing schemes for students who have higher academic scores. Also, those students can reach out to the finance and admission department for the relevant matter.

Campus Life

4

I spent most of my activity time computer lab and try to do some deep research on certain relevant topics. Also, along with the student diversity, among the campus candidates, there was much unity seen. Several technical and non-technical workshops were organized by the institute as an inclusive part of the extracurricular activity.

Alumni/Alumna

We had a long interaction with the faculty as well as the senior students only. Also, the alumni students shared their overall campus life and unique experiences at the alumni meet programs organized by the students and the official committee jointly.

Admission

I had some options to choose as in a particular course, the college provided several streams. But, I preferred the Education stream which was a general stream and I aimed to do masters after this particular bachelor's course. Students including me felt the admission procedure easy as it was fully online with a user-friendly experience.

Faculty

4

Our faculty was quite friendly and gave us notes and extra topics apart from the curriculum but much important from the exam and workplace prospects. At the college, the faculty made pamphlets to read the topics discussed in the lectures.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.
